Fête de la Fenaison du battage 16ème édition
Dear friends, it is in this same spirit that the «Orcieroise» village Association is pleased to invite you to its traditional festival of haying and the hype.
For two days, with 'Trail bread', you can discover the whole of the wheat-flour-bread sector; you will both address the techniques of traditional bakery that advice to make your homemade bread.
Saturday will be under the sign of friendliness: petanque, truffade and dancing evening-sangria.
On Sunday, old-world gestures will be highlighted: thresher, javeleuses, mowers, raker, Tedder and tanks to hay will be trained not old tractors, all presented by enthusiasts.
Pony or horse-drawn carriage rides, inflatable structures and various games will make the joy of the young.
This 16th edition will be marked by the return of folklore with "Sanfloraine".
Many new features are waiting for you: the "Oregon Lacemakers', drummers to the plagues (former threshing by hand), a peddler with his ass, his horse, a grinder and a photo exhibition highlighting to our region.
The lens of the country and the Auvergne potée cooked old-fashioned grace the table of various meals.
Finally, this feast keep being friendly and open to all, access to animations, exhibitions and demonstrations will be free entry.
